In Bloom

Oil + mixed media on canvas. 30 x 40 x 1.5 inches.

"In Bloom" is about the courage to step into full self-expression—relinquishing the masks we’re told to wear and embracing who we truly are. Painted at the start of my art career, this piece reflects my own tentative steps toward self-expression and the longing to be boldly and unapologetically seen. The vibrant hues and layered forms symbolize the beauty of becoming—fearlessly unfolding despite uncertainty. This painting is a reminder that true growth lies in daring to be seen as we are.
