Returns
All sales are final. However, we want you to love your art as much as we loved creating it, so if you have any concerns, we’re here to help! Please contact us through the contact page or by emailing hello@karenchangart.com if you have any questions before making your purchase.
Damages and Issues
We only accept returns if the order is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Please inspect your artwork upon arrival, and if there’s an issue, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
All sales are final and we do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase, as each artwork is created with intention and care.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the painting is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please reach out to hello@karenchangart.com to initiate the return or cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Before returning, we recommend packaging the painting exactly as it was on arrival. This will minimize the likelihood of any damage in transit.
Return shipping fees will be paid by the collector. A refund will be issued as soon as your painting arrives at our studio and we confirm it is damage-free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
