Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for the packing and dispatch of original artwork. Fine art prints are made to order and shipped within 5-7 business days. Transit times vary by destination and carrier, but typically range from 7-10 business days. If additional time is needed, we will provide you with an updated timeline.

Shipping Information
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

Each original painting is carefully wrapped in archival materials and securely packaged in a custom box or wood crate to ensure it arrives safely. Larger works may ship via specialty carriers. Fine art prints are carefully rolled and packaged in a kraft tube to ensure safe delivery. 

Duties & Taxes
Artwork shipped to destinations outside of U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in the checkout total and are the customer’s responsibility. If you choose not to pay these charges, the shipment will be returned, and you will receive a refund for the item cost minus the shipping fees.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please inform us of any address changes as soon as possible. Once your package has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the address.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at hello@karenchangart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect addresses
We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. In such cases, shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from any refund once the artwork has been returned and inspected.
